Returns Policy and Faulty Products
The Purchaser will conform to the Instructions For Use (IFU) for correct assembly and delivery of product.
Returns of non-defective products are not allowed.
The purchaser shall, within five days of delivery of the products, give notice of rejection to Circa Skin Ltd info@circaskin.co.uk returns or call +447530988760 on account of any defect by reason of which the purchaser alleges that the products delivered do not comply with the specification and which was apparent on reasonable inspection.
If the purchaser fails to give 5 days notice (except in respect of any defect which is not apparent on reasonable inspection), the products shall conclusively be presumed to comply with the specification and, accordingly, the purchaser shall be deemed to have accepted the delivery of the products in question. Circa Skin Ltd shall have no liability to the purchaser with respect to that delivery (except in relation to liability for any latent defects).
If the purchaser alleges that any products are defective, the purchaser shall, if so requested by Circa Skin Ltd, return the relevant products in the original packaging unaltered to the company for inspection as soon as possible and at their own risk and expense.
If the purchaser rejects any delivery of the products which do not comply with the specification, Circa Skin Ltd shall, within seven days of Circa Skin Ltd accepting that the products do not comply with the Specification: (a) supply replacement products which comply with the specification, in which event Circa Skin Ltd shall be deemed not to be in breach of this Agreement or have any liability to the purchaser for the rejected Products; or (b) notify the purchaser that it is unable to supply replacement Products, in which case Circa Skin Ltd shall grant to the purchaser a credit equal to the value of the Products which Circa Skin Ltd agrees do not comply with the specification.
Circa Skin Ltd’s decision as to whether the products comply with the specification shall be final.
Circa Skin Ltd will not be responsible for non delivery where incorrect information has been provided or is not sufficient.
