I loved being part of the WOW Roadshow and sharing my experience in my session, Transitioning to Full-Time Aesthetics from the NHS. Leaving the NHS after years of service was a decision I didn’t take lightly. It was the result of deep reflection, mindset work, and believing in the value of what I could offer outside of traditional healthcare.
I spoke about the practical steps—how education gave me the foundation to feel confident, how patient safety has always remained at the core, and how resilience helped me push through fear and uncertainty.
